Frontline Recruitment is partnering with a growing logistics business in Nottingham to recruit an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations and drive team performance within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the warehouse floor, supporting the day-to-day running of warehouse operations
- Coordinate and motivate warehouse operatives to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to encourage development and performance
- Assist with the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
- Support operational planning to ensure workloads are managed effectively and customer requirements are met
- Carry out routine equipment checks and report maintenance requirements when necessary
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational waste
- Promote and maintain a positive health and safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Senior Warehouse Operative, or similar leadership role within logistics, distribution, or 3PL environments
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and health & safety procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse reporting tools
- Flexible and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
