ROLE: Bench Joiner
LOCATION: Castlewood Business Park, NG17
PAY: £14.50 per hour (inc. £0.50 attendance bonus)
HOURS: Monday to Friday AM (Mon-Thu 7am-3pm and Fri 7am-2:30pm). Candidates must be flexible to work rotating AM/PM shifts in the future.
Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading timber frame manufacturer based in the NG17 area, who is looking to expand their production team with experienced Bench Joiners.

THE ROLE
- Manufacture timber components including inner door frames, inner window frames and timber sub-assemblies
- Work from technical drawings and production plans
- Use hand, air and power tools safely and effectively
- Prepare wooden components for semi-automated machine installation
- Carry out quality checks to ensure high manufacturing standards
- Work closely with machine operators and other production team members
- Maintain housekeeping standards and keep work areas clean and safe
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience within a bench joinery, woodworking environment beneficial
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible regarding shift patterns and day-to-day duties
