We are currently seeking multiple ophthalmology teams (MDTs) to support an urgent service requirement in the Manchester area, with an ASAP start and ongoing contract. We are looking for experienced professionals available for weekday (in-week) work.
- Staff Nurse – Ophthalmology Pre-Assessment
- Ophthalmic Nurse (Cataract Pathway)
- Pre-Operative Assessment Nurse (Ophthalmology)
- Cataract Assessment Nurse Specialist
- Ophthalmic Nurse Practitioner (Pre-op & Biometry)
Additional Requirements:
- Pre-operative assessments and biometry (cataract surgery)
- Local anaesthetic (LA) pre-op support
- Visual field testing, OCT and Optos imaging (Band 3/4 or above)
- Ophthalmic technicians/nurses able to assist with pre-op imaging
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic insourcing team and provide vital support to reduce patient waiting list pressures.
