Frontline Insourcing is actively seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our vascular insourcing team across the Liverpool, Mid Cheshire, and Greater Manchester area, with multiple weekend positions available for an asap start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and professionally presented HCA who enjoys working alongside senior clinicians in a structured, planned outpatient environment.
The Role
Working closely with Vascular Consultants and Sonographers as part of a one-stop see-and-treat insourcing service, you will play a key supporting role in the smooth and efficient delivery of the clinic on the day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting patients before and after their scan
Patient chaperoning during consultations and examinations
Assisting with patient details, documentation, and administrative tasks
Basic manual handling to support patient movement and positioning
Maintaining infection prevention and control (IPC) procedures throughout
Room preparation, tidying, and turnover between patients to ensure a clean and safe clinical environment throughout the session

Building Regional Teams
Wherever possible, we build regional clinical teams, matching HCAs to sites closest to their home base. Our aim is to limit travel and ensure all of our team are home in the evenings. Candidates based locally to the Liverpool, Mid Cheshire, or Greater Manchester area are therefore strongly preferred.
- Previous NHS experience as a Healthcare Assistant — essential
- Basic manual handling competency
- Sound knowledge of infection prevention and control (IPC) procedures
- Valid Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain prior to deployment
- All mandatory training current and fully compliant prior to commencement
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, patient-focused manner
- Locally based within the Liverpool, Mid Cheshire, or Greater Manchester area
Previous experience in vascular outpatient or one-stop clinic settings
Familiarity with patient documentation and administrative workflows
