We are expanding our hysteroscopy service to support NHS Trusts in delivering seven-day clinics. We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants, Gynaecology Staff Nurses, Nurse Consultants, and Consultant Gynaecologists with expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic hysteroscopy, scanning, and See & Treat pathways to join our specialist team.

Frontline Insourcing is recruiting gynecologically trained and registered professionals to support our expanding NHS contracts across 12 regions in the United Kingdom. As the UK’s leading provider of specialist women’s health services, we are dedicated to reducing patient waiting times, optimising NHS resources, and expanding outpatient diagnostic capacity. About the Role

We require skilled Registered Nurses, Nurse Consultants, and Consultant Gynaecologists with expertise in outpatient diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Colposcopy & hysteroscopy
  • Urodynamics & cystoscopy
  • Diagnostic ultrasound scans
  • Other specialist gynaecological procedures

Nurses with the ability to provide diagnostic scanning services will be highly valued. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams , contributing to efficient, high-quality women’s healthcare services across NHS Trusts.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Consultant
  • GMC-Registered Consultant Gynaecologist (for Consultant roles)
  • Gynaecological expertise in theatre and outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic hysteroscopy and See & Treat pathways
  • Membership/registration with relevant Royal Colleges (e.g., RCN, RCOG, BSGE )
  • Experience in NHS settings , following NHS England’s standards for clinical excellence
  • Ability to meet NHS Employers Check Standards , with full compliance support provided
  • Strong commitment to patient-centred care, quality, and safety
