Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with additional hours as reasonably required to support business growth and service delivery

We support NHS providers with workforce solutions, insourced clinical service delivery and specialist operational expertise designed to help services increase capacity, improve productivity, and support waiting list and diagnostic recovery objectives.
With established access to NHS frameworks, deep sector expertise, and proven leadership in sterile services and decontamination, including SSU and TSSU environments, we are continuing to expand these service lines and are now looking for an outstanding Clinical & Decontamination Recruitment Specialist to help drive that growth.
It is ideally suited to an experienced Decontamination Manager, HCPC-registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), or NMC-registered Theatre Nurse who wants to bring their clinical and operational expertise into a more commercial, strategic and growth-focused environment.
You will play a central role in helping us expand our endoscopy, decontamination and surgical workforce offering across the NHS and wider healthcare sector, supporting both recruitment delivery and service-line development.
It is an opportunity to combine clinical credibility, workforce expertise, onboarding discipline, client support, lead generation, service mobilisation and commercial contribution within a business that understands NHS insourcing, workforce delivery, sterile services, operational quality and public sector procurement.
- sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates for endoscopy, decontamination and surgical services
- managing onboarding and compliance processes to ensure candidates are fully compliant and deployment-ready
- helping maintain and strengthen relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders
- supporting rostering and deployment activity to help ensure safe and effective service delivery
- contributing to the development and expansion of our endoscopy and decontamination offering in line with NHS demand and operational priorities
- assisting with the development and management of existing accounts, as well as supporting new client opportunities
- working closely with leadership and delivery teams to support service mobilisation, workforce planning and operational readiness
You will also be supported by an established team of recruiters and administrators, with access to a broad range of NHS framework opportunities spanning both temporary staffing and insourced service delivery.

We are looking for an experienced and credible clinical professional who wants to move into a more commercial, operational and business development-focused role, while still using their technical expertise to shape high-quality workforce and service solutions.
- hold active HCPC registration as an ODP, IDSc membership / decontamination leadership experience, or active NMC registration as a nurse
- have a strong professional background in endoscopy, decontamination and/or surgical services
- understand clinical staffing, service delivery and the operational realities of working within NHS and regulated healthcare environments
- be organised, commercially aware and motivated by helping build high-quality services
- be ready to contribute across the full 360 cycle, from candidate attraction and onboarding through to deployment support and lead generation
- the ability to work collaboratively with operational, clinical and commercial colleagues
- a genuine desire to help grow a strategically important service line within a respected and expanding organisation
