A growing specialist roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Refurbishment Contracts Manager with strong technical expertise in both pitched and flat roofing systems. This is a delivery-focused role managing multiple live refurbishment projects across residential and commercial sectors.
The Role:
- Oversee refurbishment contracts involving pitched (tiles, slates) and flat roofing systems (felt, single ply, membranes)
- Manage direct labour and subcontract roofing teams
- Ensure programme, quality and budget control across multiple sites
- Prepare and implement RAMS
- Conduct regular site audits and quality inspections
- Liaise with clients and suppliers throughout project lifecycle
Essential Experience:
- Demonstrable background managing both pitched and flat roofing refurbishment projects
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing materials, build-ups and detailing
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
- CSCS required
- Full UK Driving Licence
