A growing specialist roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Refurbishment Contracts Manager with strong technical expertise in both pitched and flat roofing systems. This is a delivery-focused role managing multiple live refurbishment projects across residential and commercial sectors.

The Role:

  • Oversee refurbishment contracts involving pitched (tiles, slates) and flat roofing systems (felt, single ply, membranes)
  • Manage direct labour and subcontract roofing teams
  • Ensure programme, quality and budget control across multiple sites
  • Prepare and implement RAMS
  • Conduct regular site audits and quality inspections
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers throughout project lifecycle

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrable background managing both pitched and flat roofing refurbishment projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of roofing materials, build-ups and detailing
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
  • CSCS required
  • Full UK Driving Licence
