We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a residential new-build development in Bicester.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing finishing works across multiple plots.
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors.
- Managing snagging and ensuring defects are rectified.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and finish.
- Ensuring plots are fully completed and ready for handover.
- Keeping works on schedule and meeting handover deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential new-build developments.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and snagging.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Valid CSCS card.
This is an ongoing position with an immediate start. The rate is negotiable depending on experience, and CIS is available.
