Reporting to: Operations Director
We are recruiting for a growing, multi-division construction contractor delivering across Fit-Out, Electrical, Passive Fire and Social Housing sectors. This is a senior leadership role acting as No.2 to the Operations Director, overseeing multiple divisions and driving operational performance, compliance and margin protection.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Contracts Managers and project teams
- Maintain programme control across multiple live workstreams
- Drive H&S, ISO / QMS compliance and reporting standards
- Support commercial teams on valuations and margin control
- Act as escalation point for operational risk
- Attend Tier 1 client meetings
Qualifications / About You
- 5+ years in senior project or operations management
- Experience managing multiple projects or divisions
- Strong UK construction compliance knowledge
- Commercially aware with strong programme control
- Background in fit-out, MEP, passive fire or social housing advantageous
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid preferred
