We are currently seeking a Junior 3D Designer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with occasional evenings and weekends.

The Role
As a Junior 3D Designer, you will help turn creative concepts into high-quality 3D visuals that support the development and delivery of design projects. Working from initial sketches through to finished visuals, you will contribute to the creation of design intents that meet both aesthetic and commercial requirements, supporting internal teams and client sign-offs. You will work across multiple projects at the same time, using strong organisational and project management skills to complete tasks to agreed timelines, while ensuring all project documentation is accurate and suitable for manufacture.
Additionally, you will:
- Clearly present work internally and externally
- Maintain accuracy and quality when working to tight deadlines
About You
To be considered as a Junior 3D Designer, you will need:
- At least one year’s experience working as a 3D designer within a POS or manufacturing environment
- Experience developing concepts from sketch through to finished visuals
- Strong 3D rendering and technical drawing skills
- Confidence using the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong freehand sketching and visual communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of design quality
- The ability to balance creative ambition with commercial awareness
- A good understanding of the retail environment
- A degree in product, industrial or engineering design (BA or BSc)
