  • You're genuinely excited about AI, already use it to work more effectively, and naturally inspire curiosity in others about what's possible.
  • You've successfully partnered with teams across multiple regions and feel comfortable working with stakeholders in the UK, Switzerland, and across Europe.
  • You bring a proactive and personable communication style that builds trust, helps you understand what matters to different stakeholders, and enables you to take meaningful action.
  • You've had a measurable impact on the people and teams you've supported, helping individuals perform at their best and grow in their careers.
  • You're self-directed, take ownership of your work, and know how to create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • You’re fluent in English.
