What the job involves
- As the People Partner for our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, you'll be a trusted strategic partner to leaders who are building, scaling, and navigating change. You'll show up with curiosity, initiative, and a practical mindset, helping leaders create high-performing teams while ensuring people can do their best work.
- Your scope includes around 60 employees across Switzerland, the UK, and a number of remote team members across Europe.
- You’ll also contribute to ongoing efforts to leverage AI within the People Success team, helping identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support leaders through change.
- This is an 8-month FTC role, with an ideal start date in August or September 2026.
- You’ll serve as the trusted People Partner for our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, building strong relationships with leaders and operating as a true strategic peer.
- You’ll partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and shape people strategies that align closely with business objectives.
- You’ll support managers across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, employee relations, wellbeing, and organizational design. You’ll also act as a thought partner on how AI can shape the way their teams work.
- You’ll navigate the unique dynamics of commercial organizations, including quota-related conversations, commission disputes, performance improvement plans, and high-stakes feedback discussions.
