Your mission as the People Partner for our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams is to be a trusted strategic partner to leaders who are building, scaling, and navigating change. You'll show up with curiosity, initiative, and a practical mindset, helping leaders create high-performing teams while ensuring people can do their best work. Your scope includes around 60 employees across Switzerland, the UK, and a number of remote team members across Europe. You'll also contribute to ongoing efforts to leverage AI within the People Success team, helping identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support leaders through change.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the trusted People Partner for our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, building strong relationships with leaders and operating as a true strategic peer.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs and shape people strategies that align closely with business objectives.
- Supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, employee relations, wellbeing, and organizational design.
- Acting as a thought partner on how AI can shape the way their teams work.
- Navigating the unique dynamics of commercial organizations, including quota-related conversations, commission disputes, performance improvement plans, and high‐stakes feedback discussions.
- Analyzing people data and metrics to identify trends, surface opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with our People team to design, implement, and scale people programs that create meaningful impact.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to integrate AI into team workflows and processes, championing new possibilities, and helping others adopt them successfully.
Your story includes:
- Comfortable working in a hybrid format, with the ability to come to our London office once per week.
- 4+ years of experience in a People Partner role, including experience supporting commercial teams, ideally within high‐growth SaaS/tech environments.
- Comfortable working cross‐functionally as a strategic partner, creating business impact while keeping people at the centre of your approach.
- Genuinely excited about AI, already using it to work more effectively, and naturally inspiring curiosity in others about what's possible.
- Successfully partnered with teams across multiple regions and feel comfortable working with stakeholders in the UK, Switzerland, and across Europe.
- Bringing a proactive and personable communication style that builds trust, helps you understand what matters to different stakeholders, and enables you to take meaningful action.
- Having had a measurable impact on the people and teams you've supported, helping individuals perform at their best and grow in their careers.
- Self‐directed, taking ownership of your work, and knowing how to create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Fluent in English.
- A coaching certification and/or formal coaching training is highly valued.
