As Frontify’s Brand Creative Copywriter you’ll help shape how our brand expresses its point of view across campaigns, social media, webinars, thought leadership, product launches, events, and brand storytelling. Sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, creative, content, product marketing, and social, you’ll turn company priorities into sharp, distinctive messaging that resonates with marketing and creative leaders. You’ll help define what Frontify believes, not just what Frontify says. By developing stronger messaging systems, creative platforms, and narratives, you’ll help our brand show up with greater consistency, clarity, and point of view. From shaping the idea to writing the work, you’ll create content that helps Frontify speak to marketers in ways that feel relevant, useful, and commercially meaningful.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and sharpening Frontify's point of view on brand orchestration, AI, governance, creative quality, and the future of brand management.
  • Translating strategic priorities into clear, ownable messaging that works across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Developing campaign narratives, social content, webinar storylines, launch messaging, event themes, editorial angles, and brand storytelling concepts.
  • Writing the content that brings those ideas to life across key brand and marketing channels.
  • Building messaging systems, content pillars, social formats, and repeatable frameworks that help Frontify show up consistently over time.
  • Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and our Creative Studio to shape ideas before execution.
  • Bringing proactive thinking to the team through new perspectives, audience insights, competitive observations, and cultural relevance.
  • Helping Frontify develop a more distinctive, confident brand voice and avoid generic B2B SaaS language.
  • Using AI thoughtfully as part of the creative and content workflow while maintaining strong human judgment, taste, and strategic control.

You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our London office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week. You have 6+ years of experience in B2B brand copywriting, creative strategy, messaging, content strategy, integrated marketing, or a related discipline. You’ve developed brand messaging, campaign platforms, social concepts, webinar content, or thought leadership programs for complex audiences. You understand marketers, brand leaders, and creative teams, along with the pressures they face in modern marketing organizations. You can turn complex product, technology, and business concepts into simple, distinctive, audience‑relevant language. You’re confident developing a point of view, not just responding to a brief. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and can move from creative idea to finished copy across multiple formats. You bring strong social writing skills and know how to create content that resonates across modern B2B channels. You have experience building messaging frameworks, content pillars, or repeatable creative systems. You’re curious about AI and understand that strong brand foundations, governance, and human judgment are essential to making it useful. Experience in B2B SaaS, brand management, creative operations, or marketing technology is a plus. Your friends would describe you as creative, thoughtful, curious, and proactive.
