The Role

As Business Intelligence Manager, you will transform internal business reporting into a true centre of excellence, setting best‑in‑class standards for insight, accessibility, and innovation. You will take full ownership for the veracity and accuracy of all internal data—ensuring that every business decision can be grounded in robust, reliable, and transparent information.

You will lead, develop, and inspire a talented team of analysts, continually raising the bar for what quality business reporting and analytics look like at Frontiers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust business reporting aligned with company needs and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity, establishing rigorous validation processes to guarantee accurate, trusted data.
  • Deliver clear and actionable insights for senior leaders, supporting data‑driven strategies and decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of analysts, promoting professional growth and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Drive process innovation by integrating AI and automation tools into reporting workflows, monitoring and measuring their impact.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure data quality, scalable infrastructure, and reliable reporting.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear, approachable manner to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess, refine, and enhance reporting processes to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and reporting service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles, with at least 3 years in management or leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead reporting or analytics teams and establish centers of reporting excellence.
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with data modeling, ELT processes, and data pipeline best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and data visualization expertise; comfortable working with large datasets and complex ETL processes.
  • Experience with dashboarding and analytics platforms (Tableau preferred).
  • Familiarity with embedding or deploying AI/automation tools within reporting workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; able to prioritize multiple, fast‑moving deliverables.
