The Role
As a Brand Campaign Specialist at Frontiers, you will:
Develop and maintain an annual calendar of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and key industry moments
Lead cross-stakeholder meetings to align campaign objectives, gather input, and ensure smooth coordination across departments
Monitor and track communications activity across Frontiers using dashboards and planning tools to ensure cohesion, avoid duplication, and identify opportunities for synergy
Identify, repurpose, and create high-impact content that effectively communicates Frontiers’ brand story, mission, and values across multiple channels and formats
Craft compelling narratives and messaging that communicate Frontiers’ brand story, mission, and values to external and internal audiences, enhancing brand recognition and trust
Edit and proofread content across all communication channels, ensuring it reflects Frontiers’ voice, tone, and visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality
Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns, gathering performance data, analyzing results, and producing clear reports and insights to guide continuous improvement
Stay informed on major developments in open science and academic publishing, identifyingtimely opportunities to position Frontiers as a thought leader in relevant discussions
About You
Proven experience coordinating brand or marketing campaigns across channels
Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity principles
Comfortable working with analytics and campaign performance data
Curious, collaborative, and proactive in seeking out opportunities for alignment and impact
