This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.
WHAT’S THE ROLE
We’re looking for a driven and solutions-oriented HR Advisor to join our passionate People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering our People Strategy, providing high-quality generalist HR support across the company, and helping shape the future of Frontier through impactful HR initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Provide day-to-day employee relations support and coaching to people managers.
- Manage HR casework including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
- Track and analyse HR metrics, offering insights and recommendations.
- Support the delivery of strategic People Team programmes across the employee lifecycle e.g. succession planning, reward, L&D, change management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to evolve people processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a point of escalation for HR Assistants and provide expert HR guidance.
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with employment law, writing and developing policies when required, and supporting managers with policy advice and guidance.
- Maintain accurate employee data in our HRIS.
- Deliver briefings and communications on HR topics and initiatives to the HR and wider People Team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Demonstrable experience in an operational HR role, ideally within a fast-paced technology or creative industry.
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law and experience handling sensitive ER issues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and act accordingly.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Proactive and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement approach and confidence to implement processes.

- CIPD Level 5 qualification or currently working towards it.
