Frontier UK is the UK representative for Peplink, delivering resilient connectivity solutions through a growing network of channel partners. We are expanding our partner ecosystem and looking for a commercially driven Business Support / Channel Development individual to help recruit, onboard, and accelerate new partners while increasing sales of Peplink products through existing relationships.

The Role

You will support Sales Development by enhancing the support provided to existing partners alongside identifying, qualifying, onboarding, and enabling new channel partners to successfully sell Peplink solutions. Your focus will be building strong early relationships, driving structured onboarding, maintaining excellent CRM discipline, and supporting opportunity progression to revenue.

You will work alongside a team of technical experts bringing in their support at the appropriate time in the onboarding and sales process. Liaison with our channel marketing team to ensure partners have the required knowledge and collateral to explain the benefits of Peplink’s market leading connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support existing partners to grow revenue and provide the most appropriate connectivity solution
  • Identify and qualify potential new channel partners
  • Guide new partners through a structured onboarding process
  • Build trusted relationships that accelerate early sales activity
  • Support partners in understanding and positioning Peplink solutions
  • Prepare thoroughly for meetings and partner engagements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and task follow-up
  • Research new markets and partner opportunities
