- Deliver hands-on consultancy support across BAU, incident resolution, and platform optimisation within a secure client environment.
- Provide expert input into Oracle WebLogic Server configuration, patching, upgrades, and environment management, working alongside client and Oracle infrastructure teams.
- Lead the diagnosis and resolution of performance, stability, and integration issues, including root cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
- Engage directly with client-side infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure alignment with security, governance, and operational standards.
- Support and advise on integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and Oracle SOA components.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, contributing to assurance, audit readiness, and operational handover activities.
