A large defence technology organisation is seeking a Transformation Delivery Manager (Finance) on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to support a large-scale enterprise systems transformation program, delivering critical transformation projects across process, systems, and operating model change as part of a wider business transformation and SAP implementation initiative.
The Role
You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of projects, managing cross functional teams and multiple workstreams within a complex, matrix environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll drive programme execution, governance, risk management, and business change activity to ensure successful adoption and delivery.
