This is an excellent opportunity to join an international defence aerospace company, working on cutting edge products within their manufacturing division.

The role:

  • Working on product performance and process
  • Reporting and analysis tasks
  • Tech support for customers
  • Support innovation for engineering tasks
  • Perform root cause and corrective action as required
  • Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required
  • Participate in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks.

Your Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Proven experience working in mid-senior level role in manufacturing, with knowledge/experience of electronics Manufacturing
  • Worked with/on electronics products down to component level
  • Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing
  • Experience of process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes
  • Experience of various Manufacturing platforms
  • Technical presentation and communication skills
  • Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company.
  • Manufacturing methodologies, such as Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
  • Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)
