What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll sit at the centre of our growth strategy, working across technical, commercial, and programme teams to identify, shape, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with defence customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities across the defence supply chain.
  • Own and develop a strong opportunity pipeline, from early identification through to contract award.
  • Support and shape bid and tender activities, contributing to compelling, customer-focused proposals.
  • Deliver sustainable revenue growth through strategic account management and opportunity capture.
  • Provide market insight and competitor awareness to inform business strategy.

What We’re Looking For
