Frontier has partnered with a leading defence prime in Sussex (hybrid) and we’re seeking TWO Project Managers (one on contract, one permanent) who excel at delivering complex engineering programmes. If you’ve led multi-million-pound defence or aerospace projects and meet the requirements below, let’s talk.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multi-million-pound defence/aerospace engineering projects
  • Embed Earned Value Management (EVM) practices throughout project lifecycles
  • Define scope, schedule and budgets, with hands-on ownership via MS Project
  • Engage and align stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and teams

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record delivering defence or aerospace engineering programmes (≥ £10 million)
  • Exceptional communication and people-management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget forecasting, cost control and contract-interface management
