Join a cutting-edge defence and manufacturing organisation delivering critical technology into major MoD programmes. We’re looking for an experienced Build Technician to support the build, test and integration of advanced products.

The Role

  • Build, assemble and test precision components and sub-assemblies in line with engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
  • Perform fault finding, rework and functional testing to ensure product quality, reliability and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate build and manufacturing documentation, adhering to strict configuration control and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, quality specialists and wider production teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure on time delivery.

You’ll Need

  • Proven hands on assembly or production experience within either defence, manufacturing, aerospace or other high integrity engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical assembly techniques.
  • Ability to work to tight tolerances with a strong focus on quality and precision.
