Location: Remote (occasional travel to client sites in London and South West but generally remote)

Join a growing technology consultancy delivering secure, modern platforms for high risk environments across Defence and UK Central Government. Ideally you will hold current SC/ DV.

The Role

You’ll work across the full systems lifecycle, from discovery and design through to delivery and transition, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Collaborating with engineering, product and leadership teams, you’ll embed Secure by Design principles, de-risk complex change, and simplify security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert cyber consultancy across digital product lifecycles
  • Drive Secure by Design and privacy by default principles
  • Lead threat modelling, translating findings into actionable design guidance
  • Define secure architecture for modern cloud platforms
  • Guide teams on secure coding, reviews and best practice
  • Support incident response and foster a culture of continuous assurance

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading security architecture and design for complex IT environments
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and modern delivery patterns
  • Strong ability to simplify complexity and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with TOGAF or equivalent frameworks
  • Ideally previous experience delivering into Central Government/ Defence

Essential: CISSP, CISM, or similar industry-recognised certification

Desirable: CIISec Full Membership, NCSC CCP (Security Architecture), or relevant Chartership
