Frontier Resourcing are working in partnership with a leading defence and aerospace company operating across the United Kingdom. We are seeking an experienced Digital Technology Director to provide strategic leadership for digital technology across all UK business groups and functions. This senior leadership role is critical to enabling business success through the effective alignment of technology strategy, investment, and delivery with current and future business needs. You’ll be joining a specialist leadership team helping to solve customers’ toughest challenges to enhance UK National Security.
A major supplier to the UK government and customers around the globe, providing defence solutions across all domains: land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace. As well as providing digital and training transformation solutions to commercial and military customers. The role is UK-wide with extensive travel to sites in the North and South, so you can be based out of one of various sites across the UK.
Required experience:- Proven leadership of large-scale ERP transformation programmes
- Strong experience with manufacturing systems and factory technologies
- Senior-level strategic technology leadership experience
- Track record of delivering complex enterprise-wide digital programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within the UK defence industry
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience
- Experience in large international or matrix organisations

*This role is working in the Defence Sector so the successful candidate will be required to undergo UK Security Clearance up to DV level which requires sole British nationality and UK residency for a minimum of 10 years. No current clearance required prior to appointment.
