We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities others miss, and turning strategy into tangible results. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape our presence across UK and international defence markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll sit at the centre of our growth strategy, working across technical, commercial, and programme teams to identify, shape, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with defence customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities across the defence supply chain.
- Own and develop a strong opportunity pipeline, from early identification through to contract award.
- Support and shape bid and tender activities, contributing to compelling, customer-focused proposals.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth through strategic account management and opportunity capture.
- Provide market insight and competitor awareness to inform business strategy.

What We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for someone who brings credibility, curiosity, and commercial instinct into every conversation.
- Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic sales within defence, aerospace, or security.
- A strong understanding of defence procurement environments (UK MoD knowledge is highly valuable).
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
