An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join a leading organisation operating within the Defence and Technology sector. Working within a high performing FP&A team, you'll gain exposure across the wider business, partnering with Finance teams and senior stakeholders to deliver forecasting, planning, reporting and insightful financial analysis that supports key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning activities.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packs.
- Produce insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support month-end reporting and business performance reviews.
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance teams and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
About You
- Previous experience in FP&A, financial analysis, forecasting or business partnering.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience within Defence, Aerospace, Cyber Security or other technical sectors.
- Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Experience with SAP, Cognos, BW or similar financial systems.
