The Role
- Build, assemble and test precision components and sub-assemblies in line with engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Perform fault finding, rework and functional testing to ensure product quality, reliability and compliance.
- Maintain accurate build and manufacturing documentation, adhering to strict configuration control and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, quality specialists and wider production teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure on time delivery.
You’ll Need
- Proven hands-on assembly or production experience within either defence, manufacturing, aerospace or other high integrity engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical assembly techniques.
- Ability to work to tight tolerances with a strong focus on quality and precision.
