Assembly Technician

Join a leading defence organisation delivering cutting edge technology to major MOD programmes. We’re looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to support the build, test and integration of advanced systems.

The Role:

• Assemble and test precision components and sub assemblies to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Carry out fault finding, rework and functional testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Maintain accurate build documentation, following strict configuration and quality control processes.
• Work closely with engineers and quality teams to support continuous improvement and on time delivery.

You’ll Need:

• Proven hands on assembly experience within defence, aerospace or high integrity engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical assembly practices.
• Familiarity with IPC standards, wiring, crimping, soldering, or similar skills.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and strict quality standards.
