As a Technical Lead (Systems Engineering) you'll provide technical leadership on a major Royal Navy simulation programme, working across the full systems engineering lifecycle.

You'll lead a small team, working closely with stakeholders to develop, integrate and deliver complex technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of systems engineering activities across a complex Royal Navy simulation programme.

Oversee system integration, verification, testing and acceptance activities.

Provide technical guidance to your team to develop and integrate complex technical solutions.

Lead and contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, customer demonstrations and future capability development.

Act as a technical point of contact for Systems Engineers.

Essential Experience Strong background in Systems Engineering, with experience taking technical ownership Experience working on complex engineering systems or technical programmes.

Strong experience across areas such as requirements, system design, integration, verification and validation.

Good technical problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex technical issues.

Defence, aerospace, maritime or other highly regulated engineering experience Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (must be a sole UK national) Why Join?
