Frontier Recruitment is partnering with a leading luxury resort group to recruit experienced multiple Italian Sous Chefs for their Italian specialty restaurants across multiple Caribbean destinations. The Role
You will lead the day-to-day operation of a high-volume Italian specialty restaurant, delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and authenticity. Working alongside the wider culinary leadership team, you'll also contribute to menu development, training initiatives and resort-wide culinary excellence.
About You
- Previous leadership experience within an authentic Italian restaurant
- Luxury hotel, resort or high-end restaurant background preferred
- Strong knowledge of traditional and regional Italian cuisine
- Passionate, hands-on leader who enjoys developing people
- International or resort experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
