Frontier Recruitment is partnering with a luxury Caribbean resort to appoint a Restaurant Manager for one of its signature fine-dining concepts. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on the restaurant floor, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and knows how to build and inspire high-performing teams.

The restaurant is a full-service, à la carte restaurant operating within a prestigious five-star, all-inclusive resort environment, where attention to detail and exceptional service standards are essential.

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Restaurant Manager within a quality à la carte dining environment
  • International resort / hospitality experience required (worked in multiple countries)
  • Strong full-service restaurant experience, ideally within hotels, resorts, or premium standalone restaurants
  • The ability to motivate, coach, and develop service teams

Base salary of $40,000 USD (pre-tax salary), accommodation allowance, relocation package, and work permit sponsorship are included. This is an opportunity to join a respected international resort brand with career development within a world-class hospitality environment.
