Frontier Property Services Ltd are a family run business looking for additional multis to join the team. You will need to be proficient in general maintenance, demonstrate competence in responsive repairs and planned maintenance; be able to do basic plumbing, electrics, tiling and decorating. You must have experience within the social housing sector.
Duties of this role will include but not limited to:
- Day to day property maintenance repairs
- Lock changes and gaining entry
- Plumbing such as tap changes and replacing toilet siphons
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering
- Floor laying
- Bathroom suite installations
- Kitchen fitting
- Fencing
- Out of hours cover (on a rota basis and paid at an additional rate)
