Frontier Property Services Ltd are a family run business looking for an experienced Multi Trade to join the team. You will need to be proficient in general maintenance, demonstrate competence in responsive repairs and planned maintenance; be able to do basic plumbing, electrics, tiling and decorating. We prefer you have experience within the social housing sector.
Duties of this role will include but are not limited to:
- Day to day property maintenance repairs
- Lock changes
- Plumbing such as tap changes and replacing toilet siphons
- Mould treatment
- Painting and decorating
- Patch plastering
- Floor laying
- Bathroom and kitchen fitting
- Fencing
- Slabbing
- Out of hours cover (on a rota basis and paid at an additional rate)
