We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Junior PA / Team Assistant to join our Practice Co-ordination Team at Frontier Economics, a leading economics consultancy. This role supports senior PCT members across diverse practices, playing a key part in the smooth running of projects and team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management for internal and external meetings, including room booking.
- Log projects and key client details in Frontier systems.
- Enter and maintain accurate expense data.
- Take clear and concise notes during meetings and distribute summaries.
- Organise national and international travel requirements.
- Assist with ad‑hoc tasks such as printing, binding, reception support and broader BMT duties.
- Use initiative to improve processes, suggest new ideas and drive them forward.
- Complete tasks to a satisfactory level and meet deadlines.
- Build up knowledge of the firm through resources such as the hub and meetings.
- Liaise with senior PCT members and delegate tasks as needed.
- Work closely with other Business Management Teams on various workstreams.
- Attend training and cross‑team learning to enhance role knowledge.
- Build and maintain relationships across the business.
Qualifications
- Proactive, enthusiastic, organized and reliable.
- Collaborative and team‑focused, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in an administration role.
- Good organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Language skills – German, French or Spanish (preferred).
The salary band for the role is £26,000–£30,000, depending on experience.
