Renowned for its iconic creative management simulation games, Frontier captivates players worldwide with immersive and authentic game worlds. The modern studio is located in the vibrant technology hub of Cambridge (UK). The talented team at Frontier is dedicated to nurturing our existing portfolio and delivering our exciting future roadmap.

This role is offered on a full in‑studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.

What’s the role? We are looking for talented Video Artists to join our Creative Services team on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will help create high‑quality, engaging video content that showcases Frontier’s current and future games, supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the success of our titles.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating engaging video content for Frontier's current and upcoming games.
  • Capturing game footage in engine for videos and screenshots.
  • Working with senior members of the team to produce trailers and other marketing assets.
  • Contributing to raising the quality of marketing content produced by Frontier.
  • Collaborating with other disciplines within the Creative Services team.

What you’ll bring:

  • An eye for shot composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and in‑game capture.
  • Creative, confident and proactive to help bring fresh ideas to our team.
  • A creative and technical problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and the wider stakeholders.

Bonus if you have:

  • An interest in video games would be beneficial.
  • Previous industry experience.
  • Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with a Windows‑based operating system (training provided if required).
  • Showreel that demonstrates examples of your own editing and capture skills.
