WHAT'S THE ROLE?We're looking for a Senior Game Designer to join our team and bring their expertise in game design to help create engaging, player first experiences for our creative management simulation titles. As a Senior Game Designer, you will take ownership of significant game features, and work collaboratively with other disciplines to turn great ideas into compelling experiences that players love. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDesign and iteration of complex game featuresImplementing and refining game content using in-house toolsBuilding alignment and understanding of game features with clear verbal and written communicationEnsuring games systems are balanced using analytical methods and incorporating game telemetryDriving quality using playtests, player feedback, QA reporting, and your own insights WHAT YOU'LL BRINGDeep game knowledge across a range of genresStrong commercial game design experience throughout the product lifecycle on PC & consoleSolid understanding of player psychology and gamer motivationsExcellent communications skills; ability to present your ideas clearly in verbal and written formEffective collaboration with both team members and external stakeholders BONUS IF YOU HAVEGood knowledge of simulation and management gamesKnowledge of UI/UX design principlesExperience developing tutorials and first-time user flowsExperience in coaching and mentoring team members WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOUYou will work with talented and passionate people to support, develop or publish our sophisticated and enduring games, in a creative, collaborative and inclusive environment.
