WHAT’S THE ROLE
We’re expanding our Digital Marketing team, and are looking for a Paid Media Executive to support an exciting roadmap of game launches. This is a hands‑on performance focused mid‑level role where you will execute, optimise and coordinate day‑to‑day paid media advertising campaigns across a mix of digital channels aligning with KPIs. You’ll join our high‑performance data‑driven team, working across innovative digital channels, with freedom to test, iterate and make a measurable impact.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Executing and managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X and Google ads.
- Monitoring, analysing and optimising ad campaign performance daily during active campaign windows against KPIs set out in the media plan.
- Delivering insights and learnings to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to inform and improve campaign performance.
- Executing creative and audience testing plans set out in the media plans, and reporting results.
- Conducting audience targeting research for each platform, identifying best methods to reach defined audience groups set out in the go‑to‑market plan.
- Maintaining retargeting pools from all advertising sources and working with the compliance team to ensure all data sets are GDPR compliant.
- Writing best‑in‑class, engaging and platform appropriate ad copy that aligns to each brand’s tone of voice.
- Compiling monthly data, raising POs and working with the Finance team to ensure requests are submitted on time.
- Coordinating briefing of assets into Creative Services, ensuring creatives are delivered according to spec, coordinating asset delivery with ad partners where necessary.
- Reviewing competitor activity and researching game launches to provide insight into industry best practice and current trends.
- Staying up to date with platform changes that may affect campaign set ups, finance, or asset requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
