This role is offered on a full inâstudio basis or a hybrid basis (typically 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.

WHAT\âS THE ROLE?
We\âre looking for a passionate and creative Graduate VFX Artist to join our VFX team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or earlyâcareer artist to contribute to the next generation of immersive gaming experiences. You\âll support the wider VFX team in crafting highâquality visual effects that enhance gameplay and storytelling.
WHAT YOU\âLL BE DOING
Collaborate with the VFX team to plan and deliver realistic and stylised particle effects.
Work with Art and Design teams on all visual effect aspects of game development, including gameplayâspecific tasks.
Develop and implement both creative and technical skills.
Ensure VFX are efficient and performant.
WHAT YOU\âLL BRING
A Visual Effects reel showcasing your work.
A proactive and inquisitive mindset to find the best possible results.
Strong attention to detail.
Good understanding of realâtime game engines and particle systems.
Ability to balance aesthetic and technical aspects of VFX.
Knowledge of techniques for creating efficient and wellâbalanced effects.
Familiarity with particle systems used in the games industry.
Skill in creating authentic, believable motion for dynamic VFX.
Awareness of visual techniques used in modern games.
Understanding of memory and performance pitfalls and how to avoid them.
Foundational knowledge of Maya, Janga Suite, Photoshop, After Effects, Houdini, or equivalent industryâstandard software.
