The modern studio is located in the vibrant technology hub of Cambridge (UK). This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We’re looking for an Influencer Relations Manager to help shape and execute influencer strategies across our games. You’ll drive creative, data-informed campaigns and build strong relationships with creators. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll deliver impactful influencer-led activations that adopt a player-first approach and foster long-term creator advocacy and engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and implement influencer engagement strategies and ideas across multiple titles.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day influencer relationships, focusing on long-term organic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with PR, community, brand, and digital teams to deliver influencer-led campaigns.
  • Drive creative ideas for influencer activations and content opportunities.
  • Work with internal and external teams to select and implement influencers for paid activity, including setting and tracking KPIs.
  • Prepare SOW documents and manage POs when required.
  • Execute influencer strategies from start to finish across multiple products simultaneously.
  • Perform reporting and analysis on influencer activities to measure impact and ROI.
  • Support influencer elements at events, including invitations and logistics.
  • Create and present influencer plans and ideas to key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A passion for gaming, the industry and watching gaming influencers.
  • Previous experience within the games industry, and understanding of publishing, community and/or PR in games.
  • Interest and knowledge in the influencer space, including a strong knowledge of platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, social media etc.
  • Passionate about finding and supporting creators and influencers from a wide range of diverse backgrounds.
  • Organised with the ability to multi-task across several projects at the same time.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and team-work skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, e.g. previous influencer dedicated role.
  • Familiarity with paid influencer campaigns and KPI tracking.
