At the heart of being a Producer at Frontier is helping others to produce their best work and create awesome products. Whether it is the art for a dinosaur, the code for a galaxy simulation, or the audio for a rollercoaster, there is a Producer helping to co-ordinate the work and enabling the team to bring everything together on time and to a high quality.
The Production team works very closely with our developers, on an ambitious portfolio of games that include both internal and external teams from around the world. We have specialised Production roles in areas including: Online Services, Shared Technology, Audio and Outsource. This reflects the passion and attention to detail that we pour into all of our games, in order to deliver the best possible experience for our players.
Our Producers are very hands-on and are actively involved in the development of all of our products. From planning work, running build reviews or motivating teams, every day is different and there is always something new to learn, or an engaging challenge to solve!
