This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Children`s Support Worker that wants to step upto a Deputy Manager role.
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our established Children’s Residential Home Group.
This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and a nurturing environment for children and young people.
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being are maintained at all times.

Duties
- Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations of the children’s residential home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
