We are working with a great SEN School who have supported living sites for when their students leave their school. This supported living home is based on the site of the school with has great facilities! As full training is offered, this is a great career opportunity for someone that wants to start their career within the care sector. You must be able to work as part of a 7 day rota that includes 2 weekends per month. Also you must be a car driver and be able to commute to Cranleigh to be considered. No visa sponsorship is available so you need full right to work. The shifts are typical 7am-5pm/ 5pm-10pm , working 4 days per week usually. The tenants have a range of needs, including autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties and language and communication challenges. We re looking for caring, compassionate people to join our friendly team. This position is to support a female residents and personal care is required. No previous experience is required - just empathy, resilience and a positive attitude. We ll give you a full induction, specialist training and ongoing support so you feel confident from day one.
