We are working with a leading national Children’s Residential provider to recruit an experienced Children’s Registered Manager or Deputy Manager that would like to step up. This is an established 3 bed EBD home with an excellent team already in place! There is also a £2k car allowance included in the £48,202 starting salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold full operational and strategic responsibility for the home
- Maintain continuity within an established team and placement set-up
- Ensure staffing, rotas and on-call arrangements meet the needs of the home
- Lead on Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance
Essential Criteria
- Experience working within Children’s Residential Homes
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a senior role (Deputy Manager or above)
- Proven leadership experience managing residential childcare teams
