We are working with an established Children’s Residential provider who have several Children’s Homes across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Children’s Registered Manager or Deputy Manager that wants to step up into a managerial position. This is for a well-established EBD home with a great team in place.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children’s Registered Manager to oversee an established children’s home. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for children in our care. This role offers an opportunity to lead a compassionate team within a well-regarded care environment, promoting positive outcomes for young people. The ideal applicant will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in children’s social care, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the children’s home, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans that promote the emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs of each child.
You must have Children’s Residential Management experience (Ofsted) and have or be working towards the level 5 in children’s management.
