Frontier Consulting are assisting a national Supported Living Provider to recruit for Assistant Service Managers. These are excellent opportunities for experienced Support Workers or Senior Support Workers to take the next step in their career! We have opportunities in Canterbury, Margate and Birchington.
The positions involve supporting people with needs including learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You must have full right to work in the UK and a driving licence with a car to be considered. You should also be flexible to work across a 7-day rota that includes some weekends. The shifts are 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 10pm. You do get your rota 1-2 months in advance and can make some adjustments.
This role involves overseeing daily operations within a care environment, supporting individuals with their personal needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supervising staff, developing care plans, and fostering a safe, supportive atmosphere for service users.
Ideally, you should have at least a level 3 NVQ (or be working towards it). These are great progression opportunities to Service Manager and Registered Manager levels!
