We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children’s Registered Manager to lead and oversee an existing Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) home.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to children with complex emotional and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children’s home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and safeguarding policies.
- Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans that address each child's unique emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Supervise and support care staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership, supervision, and training.
- Monitor the delivery of care to ensure it meets high standards of quality, safety, and consistency.
- Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare guidelines and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain strong relationships with families, social workers, health professionals, and external agencies to support holistic child development.
