The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 Β£ per year.
Full Training is offered, as well as great progression and career development into management opportunities. You must have a driving license and own your own car. Shift patterns are 7am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm, and some overnights which are 10pm - 7am. You do get your rota 4-6 weeks in advance, but you must be flexible to work across 7 days. There is no visa sponsorship offered, so you will need full right to work in the UK. 5 shifts across 7 days.
Responsibilities
- Assisting individuals with personal care, daily routines, and activities
- Supporting clients to access community resources and participate in social activities
- Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with the team and clients
- Encouraging independence whilst ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times
- Maintaining accurate records of support provided and any changes in client needs
Skills
- Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good communication skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and external professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a supportive environment
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and updating care plans
