Job Description
Our vision and values put children at the heart of everything we do. As a social worker in our Assessment Team you will manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision, working with children, young people and their families. You will also be expected to use the Signs of Safety practice model in assessments and interventions with families.
Reporting directly to a Team Manager, you will benefit from regular individual and group supervision. You will also be supported to develop your skills and expertise at every stage of your career.

Candidates will be offered a competitive basic salary between £38,476 and £41,956 per annum, dependant on your experience, and the potential to earn up to £48,956 per year when market premiums and retention are applied.
